If you think a product has a manufacturing error you are welcome to send the product back to us. If you send us a claim, please note its not guaranteed that it will be accepted and we do not send claims back, whether or not they are accepted. To receive a replacement, product with manufacturing error needs to be sent back to us, as it must be inspected and possibly returned to our manufacturer. You will have to pay for the shipping cost. If it turns out to be a manufacturing error, we will of course pay you back for the shipping and for the products. Please note that we pay a maximum of 15€ back for the shipping and we will need a receipt of the cost.
